Care Packages

The church also continues to support our college kids and military with care packages. We sent out 17 last November! We also packed 15 boxes of food to provide an extra bit of help to local families during the holidays! If you would like to help with this, please let us know!

If you know someone who would enjoy a visit or home communion, please contact us! Also, we are always looking for others in the church who would like to go on these visits. 

Ministry & Outreach

Operation Christmas Child

We collect items for the shoeboxes all year long! We have a suggested item each month. This worked very well last year! We were able to send 68 boxes! Click here for the collection schedule!

Other Ministries We Support

Ministries that our congregation supports outside the church include:

  • The City Mission: City Mission exists to share Christ, to shelter, to heal, and to restore the homeless to independent living—without discrimination. 
  • Chestnut Mountain Ranch: Chestnut Mountain Ranch provides a Christ-centered school and home for boys in crisis and in need of hope and healing. 
  • Dale Taggarts Mission to the Navajo's: Dale Taggart grew up right here in Lone Pine and was called to be a missionary to the Navajo's in Arizona. Her son and his wife are also following in her footsteps, starting and working with churches on the reservation.
